Rachel Korty, FNP-C
Rachel is a board-certified nurse practitioner who comes to Advanced Wound Healing excited to provide a variety of services for wound care.
As a registered nurse she practiced in an intensive care unit (ICU) and in aesthetics for years before obtaining her nurse practitioner degree. She has been practicing in urgent care medicine since obtaining her master’s degree.
She has always had a passion for skin disorders and gravitated toward complex wound care cases. She is excited to bring her passion to life and to provide quality care for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and any water activity. She also has a pet cat named Poptart.

Kamal Morar, MD, MBA
Dr. Morar is native of Ohio and is a board certified Vascular Interventional Radiologist having completed his training at the Cleveland Clinic in 2005. During his training, he completed one full year of surgical residency with an emphasis on wound care. As a vascular specialist in arterial and venous diseases of the lower extremities, Dr. Morar has treated over 10k patients with wounds secondary to vascular causes and has established a reputation as an expert in the wound and vascular space in the Ohio region. Dr. Morar’s philosophy is that wounds, not matter how small, could be the gateway to additional morbidity and mortality for any patient if not addressed in a timely manner and should never be ignored.
